Ashla Pace, LCSW

Ashla has been a therapist for 5 years, working with children, teens, and adults. She has 10 years of experience working with children and teens in behavioral settings and with child and family services. Her approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build self-compassion. Ashla aims to empower her clients to embrace their unique stories, heal from past struggles, and cultivate a fulfilling life.

When not in therapist mode, you can find Ashla spending time with her loved ones, staying active, getting lost in a good book, scheming travel plans, attending concerts, going on adventures with her dog, and immersing herself in creative outlets.

  • Pre-Teen/Teens

Being a pre-teen/teen is overwhelming. Keeping up with schoolwork, home-life responsibilities, extracurricular activities and navigating social relationships often feels impossible. I focus on assisting teens navigate challenges, emotionally regulate, build positive relationships and balance their lifestyles.

  • Young Adults

Young adults find the most transitions in life with adapting to the working world, navigating interpersonal relationships, and finding their authentic self. I focus on developing stronger coping skills to empower young adults while creating space to heal and build resilience against life’s challenges.

  • Families

A major contributing part to therapy is the family dynamics of which clients are apart of. My goal is to incorporate family sessions (if requested) to strengthen communication, identify needs, and foster connection.
